Summit Grill is a casual American restaurant that opened in Lee's Summit in 2012, in Kansas City's historic Waldo neighborhood in 2014, and in the Northland community of Gladstone in 2018. The restaurant features a menu led by Culinary Director Po Wang. The menu features brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner with an array of options including hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, salads, burgers and dessert creations prepared by expert pastry chef Nicolette Foster. Summit Grill is managed by longtime restaurateurs Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy, who have more than 40 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry.
