How It Started
Summit Grill is a neighborhood favorite, offering casual American dining with three convenient locations. Established in Lee's Summit in 2012, we expanded to Kansas City's historic Waldo neighborhood in 2014 and the vibrant Northland community of Gladstone in 2018. Led by Culinary Director Po Wang, our menu features a variety of fresh, seasonal dishes, including hand-cut steaks, seafood, salads, and burgers, along with indulgent, house-made desserts. Whether you're joining us for brunch, lunch, happy hour, or dinner, Summit Grill delivers a warm and inviting dining experience. Our founders, seasoned restaurateurs Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy, bring over 40 years of expertise and passion to every detail of the restaurant.
